my son has been thinking divorce for some time now. he was going to sign up for online banking & found out his wife pretended to be him & signed up. she has been checking his accounts on his bussiness & personal for over a yr.they each hace their own accounts. can he use that against her if it goes to court? thanks

The simple answer to your question is that her conduct (surreptitiously reviewing and monitoring his bank accounts) is not necessarily illegal, and would not have any effect on the court in a divorce. As a "no-fault" state, the court cannot sanction her for secretly scrutinizing his bank records. However, now that this has become known to him, he really should be talking to a lawyer at the earliest opportunity. You should have him contact my office for specific advice.
