Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Divorce

My wife is a Lower Sioux indian in Morton, MN. She filed for divorce. (We both want the divorce) I do not believe it is reported outside the reservation. Would it be a legal divorce outside the reservation.

The divorce is recognized in every state and every jurisdiction if properly entered in a tribal court. Such Decrees are given full faith and credit.
