Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Going through a divorce , my soon to be X-wife has gotten everything . But now has abandon me and are two kids 4 and 10. the bankruptcy isnt complete.the divorce isnt complete. what do I do? I do not have a lawyer.

I am afraid there is no simple answer. the bottom line is that you should have legal counsel. There is a great deal at stake and the decisions you make now may have long lasting consequences. Now is the time to rely on family and friends to assist you in retaining a lawyer.
