Drug and Alcohol use

Can there be a statement in the divorce preventing either parent or third party from any illegal drug use or drunkenness while in the presence of the children?

In Minnesota, where I am, Court's routinely write in such provisions in court orders and divorce decrees. It can even go beyond that if treatment or other conditions may be required. Feel free to e-mail me if your case is in Minnesota and you have any other questions.
