Can my employer take more than what's ordered for my child support when there's 3 paydays in a month. I live in mn

The employer would have been provided with the court order, so I suggest that be your starting point for review. You may ask your question of your child support officer, to get clarification. Pay then to confer privately with an experienced attorney so she may assist you as appropriate.
