Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
If you believe that their maybe an error in child's visitation regarding supervision, who do you talk to
make the corrections? I don't have a record, but the court said that i can only have supervised visits.
I do not understand it. Can you please give me some advice on what i can do?

It does not appear that it is a clerical error, but a decision by the court. An individual does not have to have a criminal record for supervised parenting time to be ordered. I would have conduct some research to determine what your best course of action would be, but any "appeal" would heavily rely on the findings of the initial judge.
