Can my ex-wife move my kids out of town without my permission? I have custody every wednesday and every second weekend in the month?

There is nothing that precludes a parenting from relocating within the state of Minnesota. If the relocation interferes with parenting time, that may be the subject of mediation to modify the schedule or for a Motion seeking modification accomodation.
