Father's name not on birth certficate and mother want's a divorce

When our son was born (we were not married at the time) my name did not get on his birth certificate. His mother and I married, but now she wants a divorce. Will I be able to have custody?

As part of the divorce, you would have to seek to confirm paternity an, once confirmed, you may seek custody as any other parent.
