Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I filed a motion to remove our Parental Consultant at the time me and the father agreed. he did not show up to the motion hearing. recently, he and I had an argument about child support before the judge can issue a final decision. now he's going back on his word saying we didn't have an agreement. The judge has called for an immediate review hearing in just 5 days. This makes me look like a liar and a fraud. Can the judge hold me in contempt if she believes him?

Your post is somewhat ambiguous. I suggest you confer privately with an experienced attorney and she/he can advise you. Typically a contempt proceeding occurs in stages. The decider the judge, needs to be sure that a clear directive was made and it was not obeyed for a reason that does not reflect good or excusable cause.
