Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
help
I need to find forms to amend a divorce decree with my ex-wife who got pregnant by another man while we were still married and when she filed did not put it in the divorce decree. Now Minnesota is saying that I have to pay child support for a child that is not mine because it was born within 280 days of the finilization of the divorce. She even states it is not mine but she is getting state aid so they are still trying to get me to pay.

Re: help
I do not know of any form that will help you do what you want to do. Your issue seems to be with the state of Minnesota. I suggest you contact a good family law lawyer there. If your former spouse lives in Minnesota and is receiving payments there it is likely that Minnesota has jurisdiction of the case.
Re: help
You can get forms at any county court administrator's office (located at your county's court house)
However, you are in a very complicated situation and I strongly advise that you obtain the services of an attorney. If you don't fight it now, you could end up paying thousands and thousands of dollars over the next eighteen years.
(Didn't the divorce decree state the she wasn't pregnant?)
