Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
I have a friend who want to get a divorce and she married her husband in his real name that has no ssn# or id. Her husband on the hand works in another name together they have 2 children but neither of them is fighting for custody or any property they are just seeking to divorce. What should they do? If the husband goes to court the wife feels he could get deported.

Family courts generally will not report persons who are out of status. It is not their role. As a result, they should be able to proceed with divorce without creating any additional immigration attentiion.
