Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

My friends wife got a OFP against him. Can I "a third party" contact her only regarding items he needs, like clothes ect.. and make arrangements for me to get them for him.

Generally, the answer is "no." An Order for Protection prohibits any contact, directly, through electronic means or through third parties. A Motion may have to be made seeing a modification to allow retrieval of personal belongings.
