Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I have full legal and physical custody of 2 teenagers. My x their dad recentl decided he would not return the kids and wanted me to pay him. I hired a lawyer and got an emerg return of the chikldren from a judge. Shortly after he filed a false child abuse claim. What are my legal recourses. He has every other week visitation for weekends.

Your remedy is to file an action in family court - which apparently has already occurred - seeking to establish custody, parenting time and child support. In that proceeding you should defend against any claims of child abuse. If child protection is involved, you should involve an attorney to respond.
