my ex wont give up
my fiance wants to adopt my daughter and my ex wont give up his rights to her even though he doesnt see her how should i go on with this and what are my rights. what are some good points or actions to take apon this.

The only way that you can have your fiance adopt the child is either to obtain the biological father's consent or to terminate his parental rights. There are specific statutory requirements to do that so call an attorney. Dennis
