Grandparenting time out of state
If I need to file a certified copy of my visitation order, from Hennepin County, for Grandparenting time with my two young grandchildren, where do I file it in Georgia? Would that be in the county or city in which they live? How do I go about filing the order?

To enforce a grandparenting timne order, a certified copy would have to be filed in the jurisdiction where you intend to enforce the order. That means, where the children reside.
