what are grandparents rights when it comes to Visitation?

Grandparents have no visitation rights until they are established by a court order. This is accomplished by filing a properly drafted petition or by the stipulation of the parties (i.e parents and grandparents). Various factors will be considered by the court determining whether it is in the child(rens) best interest.
