Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
Do grandparents have visitation rights in Minnesota. My exdaughter in law won't let me see my grandson. She is only doing this because she thinks I love the oldest grandson more which is very wrong.

Grandparents may seek time with grandchildren under certain statutory criteria. If the parents are divorce, or if there was a legal separation, the grandparents have standing to file a claim asserting rights to time with the children. Ultimately, courts make such decisions based on what they believe to be in the child's best interests.
