Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

My ex husband dropped the health insurance on his children and never told me, but according to the divorce summons it stated that, all currently available insurance coverage must be maintained and continued without change in coverage or beneficiary. He dropped the health insurance as of Oct 1

Further detail would need to be known. For example, were you personally served for divorce, or served by some alternate means? When was the ins. coverage ended? Have you had a court date or is one scheduled? Do tell your attorney right away & she can give you detailed legal advice and guidance. Best to you and your children in your new life !
