My husband and I are filing a Joint Petition for Dissolution of Marriage Without Children in MN, he is keeping the house we currently live in and the mortgage, I am making an offer on another house that I will move into. How do I note that in the Joint Petition to satisfy the court and avoid any legal hassles? Thank you.
