Soon to be ex husband won't give house keys back

I have just started a summary of dissalution of marriage. The lease we had in our name is now up, but I have renewed it. He refuses to give back the house keys, mail box keys & garage door opener. How can I legally get these from him?

The only way to enforce that obligation is to have a court order it as part of a Motion in the divorce for temporary relief.
