Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

My husband left for another woman. Her boyfriend went to jail. I divorced him. We lost our house, she totaled our new van and drained his bank account. As soon as her boyfriend was released from jail he left my x-husband and went back to her boyfriend. She has since admitted she used my x-husband to support her until her boyfriend got out of jail. She was malicious and caused me and my children to lose everything. Do i have any legal recourse against her? I was ill and this made me sicker and my young son had to have counseling due to this.

I am afraid not. There are no allowable claims for such matters under Minnesota law
