I don't have parenting time by

court.but my child spend half the time

with me.I would like to go for joint

custody.would that help me out?

You can make a Motion to the Court to have the parenting time amended. There must be changed circumstances to warrant the change and it must be in the best interests of the child.

Does the current court order give the other parent full custody or was there never a court order on this issue?
