Juvenile

18 yr old male currently arrested for sexual misconduct with foster child when he was 15 yrs old. how is he tried-juvenile or adult? where can I find legal information on this subject?

There is not enough information in your message to comment on the case. Depending on the age of the defendant at the time of arrest, he could be charged in either court. If could be a case of extended juvenile jurisdiction, in which the juvenile court will retain jurisdiction even after 18. You can contact the court administrator in your county and simply inquire in which court the case has been filed.
