Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

keeping my son with me.

I have a 12 year old son. His father and i have both joint physical and legal custody of him. His dad failed to abide by our court order and didn't send my son to see me for over a year. Well now that my son has finally come he wants to stay with me and i don't want to send him back. I sent you some questions a few months ago, at that time my son was in another state with his dad. One other thing i want to inform you is that our divorce in 1994 was in california. I live in minnesota now and his father lives in tennesse. Which his father never asked me if it was ok if he left california with my son.
