What are the laws regarding divorce, child custody/support and property issues i

I am pondering the issue of divorce for my marriage of 8 years--name removed-- We were married in CA in 1992--name removed-- but moved to TX in 1993 where we lived for 4 years then moved to MN where we have lived since 1997--name removed-- We have three minor children ages 5--name removed--4--name removed--and 2 with my 4 year old having special needs--name removed-- I am wondering what the law is regarding divorce--name removed--custody/support and property division in MN--name removed--given that I have been a housewife since 1995 and I am extremely concerned about the financial impact of this decision on my future--name removed--along with that of my children--name removed-- In addition--name removed--I wish to move back to CA--name removed--where I have family for support and for resources for childcare--name removed-- What can I do?
