how do i get legal guardiandship of my disabled step father?

You will have to bring a conservator/guardianship proceeding in District Court and be appointed the Conservator or Guardian. This is a legal proceeding begun by the service of a Petition and with other legal requirements. Call an Attorney. Dennis
