Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

If my legal (on paper) husband spends a night a week the home we purchased together but otherwise stays elsewhere, does that mean he lives at the home I have been solely paying the mortgage and insurance for the last two years?

Part of the issue is this: For what purpose do you have the concern? In certain matters, domicile and residency are detailed in law with great particularity. Another question is: Where does hubby go during those 'off days'?
