Legal Separation

If my wife and I get a legal separation and she has a child with someone else, am I responsible in any way for that child? Could she come back at me for support of the child??

Re: Legal Separation

If the child is born during your marriage, you would be the presumed father. As a result, unless you file to disclaim paternity, you may be required to pay child support.
