Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

i live in minnesota , i am getting an inheritance from my dads estate sale and i owe child support arrears what percent of the inheritance can they take for what i owe or can they take the whole inheritance to pay it back. i no i owe the arrears and i make monthly payments. child support worker wont tell me she just keeps saying they have to wait and see how much money i am getting

Inheritance proceeds are not protected. The state can seek to have full payment for arrears made from the proceeds.
