Living Arrangements
Can you live in a one bedroom apartment if you have shared custody of one child? Or do you need to have two, one for the child and one for the parent?

Re: Living Arrangements
If you only had weekend visitation, then a one bedroom might be sufficient. However, if you want to have shared custody, it is always better for the child to have his or her own room.

Re: Living Arrangements
There is no legal requirement that a parent have a two bedroom apartment or home if they have parenting time or custody of a child. Obviously, however, such things may be taken into consideration by a court when making parenting time or custody decisions.
