Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I am about to get married and my fiance has a tremendous amount of student loan debt. Does that become my debt as soon as we get married? So what I am saying is if we were to get divorced the day after we got married would I inherit half of her student loan debt?

That student loan debt is hers alone. The creditor cannot collect against you and in a divorce, so long as you can show it was a premarital debt, and was kept separate, it remains her obligation.
