Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Am I married?

I was married in Las Vegas Jan.2000. We were told at that time to register in the county of our residence. We never did for various reasons. I did not change my name with social security or the IRS. We have'nt gone to the courthouse in the county that we reside. Am I really married?
