Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
I have been marries for 15 years and thinking of divorce. I am disabled and was when we got married but have just gotten disability in the last year. For the past 7 years or so my husband has been the sole income provider. I would like to know what my rights are if any, if divorce is the decision, and where I can find a lawyer with a very limited income.

There are no simple answers in a divorce and your case would require a comprehensive review before drawing any conclusions. You should consult with counsel in person. If there are financial resources within the marriage to draw on to retain counsel, including credit cards, you should use them. Understanding tour rights is an important part of presenting and defending a case.
