Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Does Minnesota Statute 518D.209 INFORMATION TO BE SUBMITTED TO COURT need to be used in a foreign judgment registration request letter (statute 518D.305)? Or is registering a foreign decree not considered a child custody proceeding, therefore not relevant?

The UCCJEA 518D does not apply to any proceeding other than one where custody is at issue.
