Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Minor Dating Adult

My boyfriend is 16, turning 17 in May, and i am 20. We are currently having a problem with his foster mom. She is doing everything in her power to keep us apart. Even threatens to have my son taken away (not my boyfriends). I was wondering if there was anything i can do, or if he has any rights to see me. She says no because i am too old, however we are only 3yrs and 8mths apart. His real mom is in love with me and has no problem with this, however his foster mom is saying there is no way she is letting us be together! Is there anything we can do?

The foster mother is in charge of the 16 year olds care. Shec can decide whether or not he sees you. She may even seek a restraining order if comtact that is unwanted persists. That remains true so long as the child remains a minor.
