Does a non-custodial parent who has signed a withdrawal form with the school district allowing a minor to drop of out school still have to pay child support until the child is 18?

Re: Minor Laws

In general, child support is payable until a child attains the age of 18, or is no longer attending secondary (high) school, which ever is later. It does not necessarily matter whether one or both parents have consented to the child's withdrawal from school.

This does not mean that a modification of child support may not be appropriate, however. There may be circumstances that justify a reduction in child support -- the child is working, not living at home with the custodial parent, etc. A reduction in support is not automatic, but could certainly be considered by the court.
