What happens if a mother of a child has another mans name listed as the father of her child at her childs daycare center and not the real father whom never gave her permission?

Probably not much. I suppose the father could go to the day care provider and provide the proper information and get listed as the father. I seriously doubt that any crime was committed or any civil claims could be brought.

Nothing happens. If the other parent wishes to have their name added, they should contact thed daycare. they may also file a Motion seeking an order requiring the parent to be listed as a contact on any such forms.
