If you were never married, but have a court order establishing custody and a parenting schedule, you may file a motion for contempt and seek compensatory time for any time missed.
If you were never married, and there is no court order regarding parenting time, you would have no enforceable rights unless or until you file a Motion to establish custody and parenting time rights in court.
