Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Motion for unsupervised cancelled all visits

I brought a motion to the district court to change my supervised visits to unsupervised. The order consisted of a plan that I would need to do in order to achive unsupervised. An emergency hearing was brought to the court due to the GAL cancelling my supervised visits without power to do so. Now the order/plan that the court issued for unsupervised is ordered to get my supervised visits back. Have any laws been broken? Are there any similar cases to this?

Your inquiry is confusing. However, it does not appear that any laws were broken. Nonetheless, the factual circumstances would have to be scrutinized to determine what is appropriate from here procedurally.
