How far away can I move from my ex and she will still be court ordered to meet me half way with my children?

As you may guess, there is no specific number of miles stated in the law. If your move creates a substantial change in circumstances the court may modify its custody order upon the motion of your ex. If the child lives in Osseo and you move to International Falls it would not be reasonable to meet half-way for weekly Wednesday night parenting time.
