moving out of state with my children

I live in mn and i want to move to mo with my four children. There dad lives in mn. There is no court order for custody the kids have always lived with me. He does have a child support order against him for all the kids. Do I need to do anything leaglly to be able to move out of state because when there dad finds out he will not want it to happen and i wnat to make sure everything is covered before I move.

Since he is under a court order to pay child support, he has been recognized under the law as being the father of the children. Therefore, you will need his permission or the permission of the court to relocate with the children out of state. Please contact me if you would like further information.
