Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
moving within the state
What rights does Eric have about his wife moving 3hours away, there is no custody agreement yet. But her move is still within Mn. He has told her no to the move for the fact he has no means to transport the kids back and forth for parenting time. thanks

Re: moving within the state
There are no statutes dealing with this. However, Eric may have an argument for a change of custody if the move is intended to deny his parenting time. More facts are necessary.
