Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
What can a noncustodial parent do if the custodial parent keeps calling and saying that the child (age 17) is getting kicked out and taken to a shelter but, then when the noncustodial parent goes to pick up the child, the custodial parent changes her mind and wants the child back?

The answer depends on the totality of circumstances. However, documenting the continuing conflict is important and may serve as a basis to ultimately change custody. You should consult with legal counsel.
