Notice to County Support?

When getting all the papers together for a divorce(do it myself), if neither myself or husband receive medical assistance, but our 1 year old daughter does, do I still need to send ''Notice to County Support and Collections and Affidavit of Service''?

The county must be served with any documents on the case since medical assistance is a paid. For a consultation call us.
