Hello. There is no law pertaining to opposite sex children sharing a bedroom. Parents are expected to use good judgment and aim to protect each child's safety and security, and privacy. When living in poverty, there may be no choice involved about sharing very limited space. For attorney assistance: Some attorneys, myself included, are available seven days for emergency legal needs. Many attorneys will confer initially at no charge. Then, if legal work is performed, some attorneys, myself included, will provide a reduced fee for financial hardship. All the best.
