Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Parental rights of illegal aliens

Does someone that is in our state illegally (from Mexico) have parental rights? He is the father of our Grandson and is demanding and threatening to take our daughter to court in order to have visitation away from any other family memebers. We are extremely worried about him leaving the country with our grandson. Please answer as soon as possible.

Thank you,
