Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Paternity guidelines

What are the parameters for genetic testing to establish paternity? If a male was blood tested in 1988 and his match was established at 95%, could he fight the paternity by requesting a DNA test? Would the advancement in DNA testing override earlier results? Minnesota is a liberal state and finding ways to fight paternity is extremely difficult for a male, any suggestions?
