Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I pay my ex $215.00 a month for our sons daycare expenses. In our divorce decree it stats I only have to pay as long as he is in daycare. He hasnt gone to a daycare in 5 months and she refuses to pay me back. Do I have to continue to pay or does she owee what ive paid?

You must contact the child support office to indicate that the child care expenses are no longer incurred. they will seek documentation from the other parent. If they do not act, you must file a Motion to terminate that responsibility.
