Who pays house?
Got seperated and my own apt. now find out husband hasn't paid house payments for 4 months. We are both on the bank loan, how long is it before they repo? who has to pay?

If you are both listed as debtors on the loan, you are both obligated regardless of who resides there. The bank will decide when to proceed with foreclosure and, at three months, that time is very close. Your credit is and will be affected.
