Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
Police come to house based on an ex-wife's complaint
The police officer came to the house stating that my son's mother (my ex) stated I (father) was preventing my son from seeing her. Without my knowledge, the police officer video taped both my son's and my conversation. Is this legal?
